In a mug, combine espresso, brown sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla. Stir to combine.
⅕ 2 espresso⅕ 1 brown sugar⅕ 1 molasses⅕ ¼ ginger⅕ ¼ cinnamon⅕ 1 small pinch cloves⅕ ¼ vanilla extractSteam the milk (heat and foam) and pour it over the mixture. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, a gingerbread cookie, and a candy cane (optional) to bring on the festive spirit!
