Put pickle slices onto a plate lined with paper towel or kitchen towel. Pat them dry really well. The chocolate will not stick if they are wet.
⅕ 1 sweet pickle slicesCombine chocolate chips and coconut oil (or butter) in a medium bowl. Melt in the microwave (10 second increments, stirring well between), or melt on top of a pot filled with simmering water.
⅕ ½ semisweet chocolate chips⅕ ½ coconut oil (refined)Dip each pickle slice into chocolate to fully coat and gently shake away the excess. Place dipped slices onto a plate lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Sprinkle with flaky salt if you want even more crunch and saltiness.
⅕ ½ flaky saltPlace the plate in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
